Job Overview:
In this role, you’ll work closely with case managers to secure and finalize essential client documentation, assemble comprehensive case packets, and prepare clients for critical consular appointments. With a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to efficiency, your work will directly contribute to building the strongest possible cases for our clients.
What You’ll Do:
Client Onboarding: Process and finalize new client accounts within a 24-hour timeframe, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start.
Document Collection: Secure all necessary documentation from clients within two weeks through an efficient collection process.
File Creation & Management: Create and organize client files in Filevine, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
Records Management: Coordinate and manage external records requests, ensuring timely acquisition of crucial documentation.
Client Correspondence: Handle client communication efficiently and securely, adhering to established mailing protocols.
Case Assembly: Physically assemble case packets, complete final checklists, and ensure cases are mailed promptly.
Appointment Coordination: Schedule and prepare clients for their consular appointments, helping them feel informed and supported.
Research: Conduct necessary research to support case preparation and strengthen case outcomes.
Process Adherence: Follow all documented processes, contributing to a streamlined and organized workflow.

Process refund requests promptly.
Communicate with clients regarding balances, payments, and inquiries.
Follow up on delinquent accounts to ensure timely resolutions.
Manage case closures and related financial tasks.
Update staff about client payment statuses.
Process automatic client payments efficiently.
Create and manage client profiles in QuickBooks.
Must-Have Requirements
Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience in processing payments and communicating effectively with clients.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required).
Desired Qualifications
Prior experience in billing and collections.
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

Job Overview:
As an Immigration and Litigation Associate Attorney, you will work closely with the supervising attorney to represent our clients in deportation (removal) defense (detained and non-detained), USCIS interviews, and BIA and federal appeals. You will also provide case updates and strategies to clients, ensuring they are well-informed and supported throughout the process. Fluency in Spanish is required for this position. Some travel may be necessary if the immigration judge requires in-person presence.
This is a remote role in the US. Open in the following states: Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri, Florida, Kentucky, Virginia
Key Responsibilities:
Immigration:
- Accurately record comprehensive time entries in the case management system to document work performed on a case.
- Thoroughly review intake information from potential clients and assess their eligibility for case consideration.
- Provide recommendations for the most appropriate immigration case type based on the client’s specific circumstances.
- Conduct consultations with potential clients as required to address their immigration needs.
Responsibilities:
